Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in catalogs or quoted at various Trade Shows and Conferences. Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. These offers may be for a limited time only. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY

Most products sold by Universal Concepts are custom products or “built to order”.All displays, trees, wreaths, garland and banners are not on a shelf and are built for each customer. Therefore, there is a 25% restocking fee on most returned products. Freight from our facility and back to our facility is also the responsibility of the customer. Product damaged in transit should be reported to Universal Concepts, as well as the freight company.
